High Capacity Low Investment 100 To 150 Ton Per Hour Limestone Impact Crusher Crushing Quarry Plant

A customer from Sudan plans to build a 100 to 150-ton per hour limestone crushing and screening production plant. After careful investigation and study, we make a crushing solution for the customer.

Customer requirements:
Capacity: 150TPH
Raw material: limestone
Raw material size: 550mm
Final Products: 0-4mm, 4-13mm, 13-19mm, 19-25mm four specifications of coarse sand and stone.

Working Procedures: After thorough communication with the customers, the coarse crushing, medium crushing,screening processes are finally used to produce four types of sand and gravel products. The raw materials are fed into the hopper though truck, then it is fed into the coarse crushing jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder. The stone is crushed and transported to the medium crushed impact crusher by the belt conveyor. Then the crushed material is conveyed to the vibrating screen. The qualified fine output sizes are screened out and conveyed out by the conveyor, the oversized material goes back to the tertiary impact for recrushing. This process forms a close circuit.

1YK2160 circular vibrating screen 1 set;
2 sets of 2YK1860 circular vibrating screen;
