Spare Parts
The main spare parts of fine sand crusher is rotor and hammer,
which are the wear spare parts, need to changed reguarly. The fine
sand crusher hammer is made of high chrome alloy, whose hardness is
62 to 65 HRC, can last longer 2 or three times than common hammer.
Working Principle
Fine impact crusher is a kind of impact rotor crusher with ring
hammer. After entering the crusher, the material is first crushed
by high speed ring hammer. At the same time, the crushed material
obtains kinetic energy from the ring hammer and rushes to the
crushing plate at a high speed. After secondary crushing, it falls
on the screen plate. The material is further broken through the
interaction of the ring hammer, such as cutting, pressing and
grinding, and then discharged from the screen plate.
