Product Description

Spare Parts
The main spare parts of fine sand crusher is rotor and hammer,
which are the wear spare parts, need to changed reguarly. The fine
sand crusher hammer is made of high chrome alloy, whose hardness is
62 to 65 HRC, can last longer 2 or three times than common hammer.
Working Principle
Crushing mainly relies on impact energy. Driven by a motor, the
rotor rotates at a high speed. When the material enters the plate
hammer action zone, it collides with the plate hammer on the rotor
and is broken, then it is thrown onto the impact device and broken
again. Then, it bounces back from the impact liner to the plate
hammer action zone and is broken again. This process is repeated,
with the material entering the first, second, and third impact
chambers from large to small for repeated crushing until the
material is broken to the required particle size, Discharge from
the discharge port.
