Spare Parts
The main spare parts of fine sand crusher is rotor and hammer,
which are the wear spare parts, need to changed reguarly. The fine
sand crusher hammer is made of high chrome alloy, whose hardness is
62 to 65 HRC, can last longer 2 or three times than common hammer.
Working Principle
The material enters the chamber and falls on the movable hammer
which rotates at high speed. After the action of hammering and counterattack, the material is
preliminarily broken in the hammering area. After repeated high-frequency beating and counterattack, the fine
material passes through the grate. The oversized material is re-broken in the crushing chamber until
it can pass through the grate. Therefore, the material through multiple compound impact and
crushing, so as to achieve fine crushing effect.
